Staff is really really helpful and very friendly. The slim Indian girl, she is very nice with a smile. My prescription is always ready to collect.  M happy to change my prescription from boots to knightsfield pharmacy.  I would suggest this is the best service.

Been in welwyn 18 years using this pharmacy before knightsfield it was Lloyd's and terrible The new people here are absolutely lovely its refreshing the pharmacy manager is outstanding being hard of hearing she always accommodates me to the highest standards even asked to check my blood pressure in which 17 years Lloyd's never did she's understanding in my situation and cant help enough im loving the new take over and deserves recognition pharmacy looking alot cleaner too I can't remember pharmacy manager name but I'm so happy with her how she helps me its a relief she's highly professional and has understanding of patients needs thankyou knightsfield pharmacy your the best

I have lived this side of wgc for 2 yrs now and could never use lloyds as it was as always had locum pharmacist since it has been taken over the shop is spotless products all displayed beautifully staff so polite and helpful and best of all it has an extremely efficient resident pharmacist so delighted with the chemist now well done all of you
